At Bareli Nails, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of opened or used beauty products.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@barelinails.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Denied Returns
Bareli Nails reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Show signs of use.
- Are returned outside the return window.
- Are incomplete or missing original packaging.
- Do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
