Delivery Information

We can’t wait for your Bareli Nails order to arrive at your door. Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process, prepare, and deliver your new nail products. 

By placing an order with Bareli Nails, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Delivery Timelines

United States

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–8 business days

Europe

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

Other International Destinations

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 6–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local delivery providers in your region. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Tracking confirmation serves as proof that the order has been dispatched and is in transit.

Shipping Costs

Bareli Nails offers free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase and no hidden fees.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring availability to receive the package when delivered. If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Bareli Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs inspections and delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or return claims.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself remains usable and undamaged.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Bareli Nails is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
