Returns

At Bareli Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions.

Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Excluded Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

• Personalized or final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@barelinails.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bareli Nails cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
